How it Works

1. Where are you located?

Eleser has physical service centers in Gurgaon and Hyderabad. If you are located nearby, you can bring your system directly to our service center. If you are outside these cities and cannot find reliable service near you, you can safely pack and ship your system to us.

2. Diagnosis

Once we receive your system, our service team carries out a thorough inspection and diagnosis. Please allow 4–5 working days for us to properly identify the issue and assess the condition of the system.

3. Estimate

After diagnosis, we will share a clear estimate outlining what is wrong with the system, what needs to be rectified, and the expected repair cost. No repair work will begin without your approval.

4. Repair & Testing

Once approved, our technicians will professionally repair and service your system. After the repair, the system is kept under observation and testing for a couple of days to ensure it is operating properly.

The complete repair process can take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the condition of the system and the availability of required spare parts.

5. Pickup / Courier Back

Once the repair and testing are complete, you can collect your system from our service center. If you shipped the system to us from another city, we can arrange to ship it back to you.

Please note: For systems sent to us by courier, transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility. Eleser is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation.
